Manhattan Software Goes Live with Another European Shopping Centre |
|
London (6th April 2009) - Manhattan Software has done it again! March saw the ‘go-live’ of another shopping centre positioned in the heart of a major Iberian City. The shopping centre is owned by a global supplier well known throughout the world for its unique branding and well designed, functional home furnishing products with prices so low that most people will be able to afford them. With an enviable timeline of store and shopping centre openings this highly sought after brand stands head and shoulders above the rest. This is the fifth country in which the Group is now using Manhattan. With over 100,000 m2 GLA and 210 shops, this really is an iconic centre and one with which Raindrop are proud to be associated. The main processes involving Manhattan are taking in the receipts for service charges, turnover rents and the production of invoices to tenants. Manhattan will also be utilised in the setting up of indexation and rent rates facilities, electronic banking and debt recovery. An interface with CODA and extensive reporting was also key criteria to be satisfied during the implementation. To improve efficiency and profitability, a ‘Tenant Portal’ has been set-up so that Tenants can input information such as Sales figures and this also enables important information such as ‘store performance’, ‘footfall’ and ‘shopping centre analysis regarding profitability to be carried out. Jason Allaway, Commercial Director, Europe said “The team worked very hard to exceed the service delivery associated with such a high profile brand and is looking forward to continuing this relationship well into the future”.
