London (20 November 2011) - On Thursday 10th November, a number of Manhattan User Forum members gathered in Birmingham for the Manhattan User Forum AGM. The users were also joined by a number of senior representatives from Manhattan Software. The Manhattan User Forum facilitates an annual meeting for members to hear about new software developments, discuss best practice and offer focused input directly to Manhattan to help improve the software and services offered by the company. “The annual meeting is a useful day that brings the client and the provider together to inform, discuss and act on changes to both the company and the product.” said Sacha Martin, Group Financial Controller at Great Portland Estates plc. Richard Fisher, who joined Manhattan twelve months ago as COO, said “We are proud to be involved in the Manhattan User Forum AGM. An afternoon breakout session provided the opportunity for forum members to offer invaluable feedback and ideas, as well as discuss the benefits of forum membership, future forum requirements and their relationship with Raindrop Information Systems. Everyone who attended the AGM felt the event was very worthwhile and also provided an excellent opportunity for networking with fellow clients.
