Multi-tiered support levels are also available when Manhattan is deployed on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis via the Internet. Support ranges from a standard package to a full service that includes 24/7 support and a complete fault tolerant, online disaster recovery service. All individual services are optional.
