Debt RecoveryDebt Recovery allows for the efficient management of outstanding debts and for facilitation of the recovery of the debt through a user defined recovery processes. The system allows for the production of standard letters to be periodically generated, based upon the age of the debt, and for full records to be kept of all contacts made with the debtor. Follow up events may be recorded and diary events created to remind users of the actions that need to be performed in the future. Debt Recovery has the facility for a number of different recovery profiles to be defined allowing for the relevant recovery process to be associated with a tenant depending on the tenant type. A recovery profile is attached to each tenant and defines the stages and process by which the debt is to be recovered. Debt Recovery also allows the user to exclude individual debtors or particular outstanding invoices from the debt recovery process. Specific follow-up or diary entries can be created for these excluded items.
