Fixed Asset Register

The Fixed Asset Register module supports asset recording with serial numbers, locations, cost centers, etc. It provides integration with Planned Maintenance and the Manhattan Help Desk for reactive maintenance. Different depreciation policies can be defined and held against the appropriate asset for specific calculation of depreciation.

The Fixed Asset module is fully integrated with the Purchase Ledger and when an asset is purchased, an asset can be automatically created and all relevant details about the asset can be found in the Fixed Asset Register.
