Loans & MortgagesWithin Loans & Mortgages, users can set up the lending/borrowing company as part of the internal administration function (General Ledger). Property defines a group or a single property; for the former a percentage may be applied to identify the part of the loan to each property. The ability to accommodate New Loans, Loan Transactions and Inter-Company Loans is available and integrated with the Purchase Ledger and General Ledger modules. The user can also create a Loan Forecast for an individual loan agreement by the use of several assumptions. In addition, scenarios may be created demonstrating varying interest redemption periods and interest rates.
