Purchase LedgerPurchase Ledger (PL) is a complete module including supplier database, payable rents, service charge payable accounting and detailed expenditure reporting. It also includes Percent Rent functionality for retail users. Full CIS functionality is available and calculates tax as appropriate depending on the method defined against the supplier. Manhattan supports full credit note processing, allows for payments to be made via electronic banking and check printing, provides full retention functionality, and supports full accrual processing which allows users to decide how an invoice will be treated within the PL.
