Strategic Performance ManagementWith Strategic Performance Management (SPM), Manhattan clients can map the strategy of their real estate organisation to that of their enterprise. Scenarios can be run on multiple initiatives that map a portfolio strategy with the budgets and forecasts of various organisational groups. Demand mapped to supply can assist in developing alternative scenario planning. Using SPM promotes a much higher data dependability when compared with spreadsheet-based or standalone BI systems. Data is being pulled directly from the Manhattan database without the need for time consuming and costly cube building. Dashboard-based graphical modeling makes super-imposed scenario comparisons and forecast analysis simple. Manhattan’s Report Wizard capabilities combined with SPM allow optional output to Excel to increase flexibility by allowing for easy data export, formatting and further manipulation. The Manhattan Strategic Performance Management module can be used in standalone form, interfaced with existing property and asset management systems or as an integrated module within the Manhattan suite taking advantage of its additional granularity, automation and aggregation features.
